How do I find the right artisan for my job?
Use Find Artisans to search by service, state, city, and category. You can compare profiles, ratings, verification badge status, portfolio details, and availability before sending a booking request.
How do I request a new job?
From your customer dashboard, choose Request a New Job or Book Artisan. Add the service, schedule, address, photos if needed, and your stated budget. The artisan then reviews the request and can accept it or return a revised commercial quote.
How do customer payments work right now?
For now, customer jobs use cash on service. During booking, you can still state your expected amount or budget, and the final agreed quote is tracked inside the booking. Card payment can be added later without changing your booking history.
